I create adult-learning experiences for the digital space. As a user-centered designer, I focus on a foundational approach based on an understanding of human learning. I design transformative learning solutions that meet performance goals and change how people feel about their learning.

Possessing more than a decade of professional experience across multiple industries (Construction, Health, Higher Education, Property Management, and Technology). I know the ins and outs of turning complex content into engaging learning materials. I am well-versed in developing training materials for any industry.

With a master of business focused on Information Systems Management and a bachelor of science in Computer Information Systems, I am well-versed in various instructional strategies and adept at discourse analysis. I returned to school with pride to begin my information technology doctorate. I combine my technical background with my passion for learning to round out various skills, including Marketing, Graphic Design, and Public Speaking.

I love my ability to wear many different hats! On Monday, I might be developing a curriculum for a higher education course, while on Thursday, I might be developing a complex training aid to illustrate to non-profit leaders the importance of knowing their target population within their communities.

The short story is that I design and develop training solutions to meet needs. No matter if it’s Instructor-Led (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led (vILT), or self-paced computer-based training, a manual that needs to be written, a storyboard scripted for video or audio narration, not sure if you need training (needs assessment), a PowerPoint presentation, someone to speak to young women, someone to lecture on the Internet of Things, a Graphic produced, or an idea for a social media campaign -what you need right now, is in me!
